BUTI YOGA

Buti Yoga is a soulful and unique practice that unites Vinyasa Yoga, tribal dance, plyometrics (strength training) and deep core isolations into one power house movement format! This is not your average yoga, dance or strength class though. Rather than learning choreography or counting reps, Buti is all about the music! The music dictates each classes sequencing, creating an organic progression that feels so natural and fun you barely realize you are working out (don't worry though, you are!!). Through Buti you will build physical strength and endurance, create new pathways and connections from your mind to body, wake up your feminine energy (guys this is for you too- we all have feminine energy!), and grow a true community and tribe that all starts with self love. Sounds like a tall order for "just an exercise class", right?! Buti is so much more than a workout and it truly delivers all of this, and more!
