Thanks for the slow and detailed walk throughs of Intergration and Awakening. I’ll have to ask you a few questions next time about fundamentals. After watching you, I know that mine need improvement. :-)
This morning I practiced over and over transitioning from folding forward bend to high plank position. I don’t know if my awkwardness is due to lack of strength, lack of balance, or that I’m 6’5” and no matter what I do, I’ll end up feeling ponderous.
Also returning from down dog to folding bend. I have lots of leg length to move through to the front of the mat. Maybe there is a “yoga for tall people” practice. :-)
